This is an excellent ocean view condo in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island. This spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. As manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

The space
Located in the 4.5 Star Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island, this spectacular "ocean view" 2 bedroom/3 bed/2 bath condo with a premium queen sleeper sofa and dining table for 6 off the kitchen totaling 1400 sq. ft. This full service resort has 3 restaurants, 2 pools, full service spa, kid's club, water slide, and is directly on beach.

In-Room Amenities:
- Washer/dryer and upgraded kitchen appliances
- Basic cooking tools
- Utensils, dishes and glasses
- Bed linens and bath towels

Guests have free access to:
- Fitness Center
- 3 restaurants ( 3800 Ocean, Reef Tiki Bar, Lagoon Cantina)
- 2 pool areas one including a kid's designated water slide and waterfall
- Free towels available at pool for your use at the pools and the beach

- The only on-site parking opportunity is valet parking, provided at an additional fee by Marriott (r)

- Daily housekeeping with or without a complete linen change is available at an additional fee
- Crib rental and delivery is available through third party vendor "A Baby's Choice"

Upon booking, you will receive a lease from our vacation rental software to e-sign online. Please follow the prompts. This rental agreement is in full force and effect upon payment as well.
