The space
The duplex penthouse is divided into a lower floor with bedrooms and an upper floor with the social area and terrace.

On the lower floor, there is a master suite with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, TV, and an incredible ocean view. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, sharing a bathroom located nearby. Another suite with a double bed is also on this floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The upper floor features a living room and gourmet kitchen, both with air conditioning and SmartTV. There's also a barbecue area and a spacious terrace with a table and chairs, inviting you to enjoy the view of Ponta das Canas beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring you'll have a great experience! The rooms will be prepared with bed linens and towels, so you don't have to worry.

A cash security deposit is mandatory at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after inspection if there is no damage to the property and furniture.

Sending photos of all guests' documents is required to confirm the reservation.

- For extended stays, we will arrange for cleaning once a week.
- Guests are requested to observe quiet hours in respect of the rules and other residents.
