This spacious and comfortable double volume penthouse offers ideal holiday accommodation, enjoying uninterrupted views over the breaking waves.

The space
This self- catering penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite,a guest toilet and an open plan living/ dining area and kitchen flowing to the wonderful terrace.
For the ultimate indulgence, there is an upper level roof top pool, deck area with table and chairs, a barbeque and an entertainment area with fridge. It also features an additional shower and guest toilet.
It is 500 metres from the superb restaurants, shops and entertainment of Camps Bay, it comfortably sleeps 6 people and is fully equipped with all household requirements and appliances.

Top level penthouse unit:
• Has its own private entrance via steps above the lower and middle terrace.
• The living area features a spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a plasma screen and DSTV. It slides open onto a wide terrace with outdoor table and benches ideal for alfresco eating.
• The dining room features a dining room table with 6 chairs, beautiful to dine while watching the sunset.
• The spacious kitchen is well appointed with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher etc.
• Three comfortable bedrooms comprise of a king size bed in the master bedroom (Ocean facing),queen size bed (ocean facing) in the second bedroom and twin size beds in the third bedroom (mountain facing).
• The master bedroom has air conditioning with a large amount of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.
• The second bathroom with shower and bath is shared between bedroom two and three. A separate guest toilet is available.
• Exclusive upper level roof top pool ,deck area and entertainment area with fridge. It also features an additional shower and guest toilet.

The penthouse is non-smoking but smoking is allowed on all the outside terraces.
It is serviced before check-in, after check-out and once a week during your stay with fresh linen and towel change (excluding public holidays) additional house-keeping is available on request.

As there are steps and open pools, children should be supervised always.
