Classic semi-ocean front beach cottage with a new hot tub! This very comfortable house is close to the beach with wonderful ocean views from the Great room and screened in porch. Relax and watch the sun rise and dolphin swim by from the comfort of your own home. This house is perfectly suited for enjoying the iconic Nags Head beach lifestyle. There is even a luggage lift to assist in getting the groceries to the third floor newly renovated kitchen.

Top Floor/ Large ocean front screened Porch off of the open Great Room with a dining table (6), large living room with smart TV, newly renovated, well stocked (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc) kitchen with large center island (seats 4), extra game table (4), sunset deck (sound views - even a glimpse of the Bodie Island lighthouse), and powder room.

First Floor/ Queen ocean side bedroom with TV and deck access shares Jack 'n' Jill bathroom with bedroom with DuoBunk. A 2nd Queen ocean side bedroom with deck access shares Jack 'n' Jill bathroom with bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Ground Level/ Laundry with washer, dryer, and toilet, Hot Tub (6), outside shower, foot wash, fish cleaning station.

Extras: Luggage lift, Hot Tub (6), outside shower, foot wash, ground level bathroom, High speed Wireless Internet, Central AC and Heat. Parking: 4 cars. No Smoking. No pets. Saturday Turn-over. DTB: 300 Feet. Bed linens provided, bath towels may be rented for $7/set (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
