Felipe's place couldn't be located better, a block away from Bedford Ave, with L train just there it makes pretty much everywhere accessible. It's spacious enough, the kitchen is very well equipped and it has the homely feel. Plenty of good books for reading and for reference - also a good desk for working. The wifi was brilliant, never had any issues with it and having Netflix after a long day was a nice touch. My girlfriend and I were there for the month of July, and it had everything we needed for that lengthy stay, and it's sufficiently located for a short stay too. There were a couple of issues, nothing major, we could perhaps just tell that we were one of the first people to rent it. There were no hand towels or kitchen towels, and when we went to put our stuff in the wardrobe part of it had broken. I tried to mend it and we didn't use it, there was plenty other space that Felipe had left for us in the drawers. There was also no speakers as mentioned, though Felipe did say the previous tenant had broken them, so that's not his fault. All in all I'd definitely stay again, Felipe was a good host and any other issues he had, he responded swiftly and did his best to sort them out. Thanks Felipe!

Felipe was super sweet! We met before I stayed at his apartment for a month and a day before I grabbed the keys. The apartment is bright and sunny, right in the middle of the hip part of Williamsburg. The apartment was very very big with plenty of space for my stuff

I'm a photographer and anthropologist. Love going to exhibitions, reading and traveling. I frequently stay in Airbnb apartments when I travel so I have a great sense of the needs and expectations of a fellow traveler. I look forward to hearing from you and telling you about all the great things I love in my neighborhood.
