We will collect this deposit upon check-in (staff will take photos of the meter readings at check-in and check-out). The Thai government electricity rate is 7 THB per kilowatt-hour. Upon check-out, we will settle your actual electricity usage. Any remaining or excess electricity charges will be refunded/charged.

10. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 PM; however, we are flexible when possible. If the next guest isn't waiting at the door, we're willing to extend a few hours of extended check-out for free.
11. If you require a late check-out, please contact us one day in advance. If there are no guests waiting behind you, we'll be happy to accommodate you. If we can't agree on a free late check-out, we'll charge a fee of 1,000 THB per hour.

13. Consumables must be purchased after use.
14. Due to the poor quality of waterways in Thailand, please do not discard tissues in the toilet; dispose of them in the trash.
