This magnificent and unique 5-bedroom home has been recently renovated in a project that took over 4 years to complete from start to finish. The locally listed building has been restored beyond its original beauty, with a history dating back to 1865.

The modern Neo-Gothic design plays homage to the site's significance which is located on the grounds of Fulham Cemetery and is tastefully designed in every detail, inside and out.

The space
Complete with large open planned living and entertaining space on the ground floor, the property features 4 main bedrooms all with air conditioning, and a 5th room with a pull-out bed, 5 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms, a wine cellar, a private garden, an indoor pool and sauna and private parking.

Spread over three floors and formerly a 19th-century lodge on the grounds of the Fulham Cemetery, this luxurious house has been completely transformed, with every detail perfectly calculated, from the stunning artwork to the quality of furnishings, all whilst keeping the quirk of the listed building.

The ground floor features two separate sitting rooms, a formal dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with space for casual dining on the island and a private garden. There is a double bedroom also located on the ground floor, with a separate bathroom and roll-top bath located next door.

The first floor features the master bedroom suite, complete with a large and spacious bathroom attached. The master bedroom has a super-king-sized bed.

The lower ground floor hosts the final bedrooms, featuring the final bedroom with a king-sized bed and en-suite, a single room with a day bed and a separate granny flat which includes a double bed, en-suite, and kitchenette. The lower ground floor also features a wine cellar, reception room, indoor pool and sauna and utility/laundry room.

Other things to note
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.

Neighbourhood highlights

Fulham is a hugely popular residential area of London, especially with young professionals and families alike.

In addition, it benefits from its proximity to both Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea. There is no shortage of options for food and drink in Parsons Green. The River Cafe is a timeless restaurant which was one of the leaders of the revolution in British cuisine in the 90's and naughties and is still an amazing place to go for a special night out.

The Crabtree is a delightful pub by the River and has a great garden for enjoying the summer sun! Tinto Coffee and Local Hero are also great places to grab a cup of coffee and for breakfast.

Close by in Fulham is another gastropub called the Harwood Arms which offers award-winning delicious food in a casual and relaxed environment. For drinks you have the Brown Cow which has a menu full of British staples and a variety of great beers. For food shopping, the house is conveniently located near to Tesco, Sainsbury’s and also the Parsons Green Farmers' Market which is every Sunday from 10am - 2pm.

Parsons Green, Hurlingham Park and Bishops Park are delightful green spaces all near to the property. For entertainment, the Hammersmith Apollo ( one of London’s major live entertainment venues) and Vue Cinema Fulham Broadway are also near the property, and if you enjoy jazz we recommend a visit to The 606 Club as it is is one of the longest-running and most undersung venues in London. It’s shown the finest jazz acts (mainly British) for half a century, there’s live music seven nights a week and always a good crowd.
