The space
CONDO
The 25-sqm studio is furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind. You'll get a full toilet & bath, a basic and functioning kitchenette, a queen-sized bed and a relaxing private balcony. Set in an earthy, warm, cozy and minimalist design, we wanted to evoke a homy ambiance. So wether you are in for a staycation or for some business, you will always feel just right at home.
PARKING
When bringing in your vehicle, private parking can be arranged at an extra cost. Hassle free and secure parking can be arranged at reasonable rate.
Guest access
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Condo admin requires all guests to provide valid IDs. Please send your IDs to the host upon booking or at least 3 days prior to checkin date.
- Guests will have to sign forms at the condo front desk upon arrival.
SELF CHECK-IN
- Guests can access the listing without needing the host to be there.
- Guests will be provided instructions to obtain a keycard which will be used to access and operate the building elevator and open the unit door.
- The detailed checkin instructions will be provided the night prior to the check in date.
- A checkin reminder will be sent on the morning of the checkin date.
PARKING
- Parking is not included in the reservation.
- Private and exclusive parking can be arrange with the host at an additional reasonable fee of Php 250/night.
- There is no free parking available within the condo complex. The condo admin charges for the use of the limited common guest parking at Php 50/hour or Php 450/night for overnight parking.
SWIMMING POOL
- Pool is open Tuesday-Sunday at 9AM-9PM. Pool closes every Monday for maintenance.
- Guests needs to inform the front desk when intending to use the pool.
- Confirmed guests will be provided a pool pass to be able to use the pool.
- Guests needs to always bring towels and to dry up before re-entering the building.
GYM & KIDS PLAYROOM
- Other amenities including the Gym and Kids Playroom are pay-per-use.
- Condo admin charges Php 300/guest per use for the access of these amenities.
- Availability of amenities is not guaranteed.
INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
- Listing is connected to 100 Mbps Fiber Internet
- Netflix, HBO Max are available on 50" Smart TV
- No cable TV and local channels

There are many commercial establishments just a few minutes walk away such as the Waterfront Hotel and Casino, Cebu Golf and Country Club, Cebu Grand Convention Center, IEC Convention Center, Landers Superstore, the Cebu Business Park and many more including schools, churches and hospitals. Enjoy Sugbu Mercado at the Cebu IT Park for that gastronomic experience. But there is also no shortage of great hole-in-the-wall restaurants, pubs, bakeshops, dinners, delis and cafes around the area for you to explore.
