About this listing
Welcome in a nice historic area, the old "Wehlheiden", in a quiet side road, in an historic house at the third floor (no lift). All you need nearby, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, banks, a cinema, bicycles to rent, a farmers market on Friday mornings.
Only 5 Minutes off the tram stop “Kirchweg”, well connected with both the railway station Kassel Wilhelmshöhe and the city center with the main documenta sites.
You'll find my nice sunny and quiet 3 1/2 rooms apartment at the third floor in a renovated and friendly “Gründerzeit” house.
In my flat are two cozy rooms to let.
In Room n° 1 you'll find a 200x140 cm ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) inches) bed, a table, 2 chairs, a cupboard and shelves.
In the common kitchen all day various teas, coffee, milk, sugar and cookies (self service).
The sunny balcony.
Some books about Kassel, maps, information about what to do in Kassel you'll find in the corridor.
A tumble-dryer and clothes lines at the attic. A common garden in the courtyard.
Interaction with guests
I'm looking forward to meeting my guests from all over the world.
And I will be happy to be of some help regarding the neighborhood, events in Kassel, exhibitions and other issues.
My flat is also the perfect place to relax in calmness.
Highly recommended by guests: kasselgreeters, please ask for a tour at least 2 weeks ahead.
Other things to note
Near my place, Friedenstraße crosses Kohlenstraße, a street with sometimes a lot of car traffic in daytime.
In spite of that, until now all of my guests found my apartment really quiet. Yet people not used to the distant noise of a city might feel disturbed in this room.
Please be respectful of my neighbors - especially after 10 pm – thank you!
Due to German law I'll ask my guests to sign an agreement about the legal use of the WLAN access.
No smoking, no pets
