This beautiful house is directly facing the beach and with private access. The property has more than 30 coconut trees and a roundabout with 3 hammocks ( if you wish) .
Keeping the house , pool and patio clean is your responsibility as if it were your home .

The kitchen is super spacious and has plates, glasses and pots for cooking .

check-in /check-out times are flexible. Overtime costs extra .
We do not accept big parties.
Guests who are not on the reservation are not allowed.
WE DO not ACCEPT PETS (if you bring pets, you will not be able to stay on the property)
No Smoking inside (house) is prohibited. Glass CONTAINERS are not accepted around the pool, to avoid accidents and to maintain the safety of all guests.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE soap, shampoo, or towels. If we provide toilet paper and hand soap.
We recommend that you please bring your water to drink . Also bring spray for mosquitoes , the area is open so insects are found outside. The main gate of the house closes at 9pm, this is to avoid inconvenience at night outside the property . Please for your safety keep the gate closed which leads to the beach for your safety.

Keeping the house, patio and pool area clean is your responsibility if you choose not to use caretaker services Just like you are at home

The home is surrounded by 6-foot walls, large front gate, and locked beach gate ( make sure is always locked) There’s tons of open green space for family, private pool with built in BBQ area. The kitchen is very spacious and has a coffeemaker . Large coconuts trees provide lots of shade. The care takers have a mini store so you can buy water, sodas, chips and charcoal for your convenience .

Enter / Exit times are flexible . Extended hours are available for EXTRA COST.
