This Mid Century decor 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is convenient and minutes to everything. Located in a quiet neighborhood, there is a small park about 10 houses down the street. Mazarick Park is within walking distance as well. A short 2 mile drive will land you downtown, with great shops & eating. Ft Bragg & I295 access is an easy 10 minute drive. Enjoy the private backyard watching the squirrels & birds with the expanded deck.

We love the kitchen and open shelving. The bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of storage. The deck is great for family dinners or just enjoying the peace and quiet. The backyard provides plenty of shade in the summer months.

The road in front of the house is steeper, making an angle with the curb. You cannot drive straight in to park, but instead at an angle. Best place to park to minimize this, is to park in the front, pulling slightly up in the yard. If you use drive, just do not pull straight in.
