Open plan courtyard studio, recently renovated to a high standard. Located in the Victorian village of Birnam. Bright sitting area with mini kitchen, room divider and sleeping space which can be set as a twin or double. Ensuite shower and toilet. A 5 minute walk from the railway station and 10 minute walk from the historical village of Dunkeld. Wonderful walks, hidden lochs, salmon and trout fishing, mountain biking and golf. A great place to bring your pet.
