St Teresa beach is a little known paradise on the Forgotten Coast. Relaxation calm await. This authentic "old Florida" beach house is split into 3 townhouses each with a large private porch & shared beach front.
This hidden gem is a short drive to historic Carrabelle & Apalachicola. It has everything you need or a relaxing escape. Ideal for families, artists writers, boating/fishing kayakers history buffs, photographers.

The space
From the front door you are practically at the beach, just walk through the screened porch and there you are. Sugar white sandy beach with over 3 miles of private beach front, some days you will have it all to yourself. The beach has a tapered slope into the water making it perfect for young children, dogs and pretty much everyone! You can fish from the beach or from a neighborhood dock down the beach about a mile to the west.

Fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to make at home meals.
Two bedrooms, king in Master and Queen with two twins in the other. Mattresses are new or have a memory foam topper. Master has a 1/2 bath. Full bath plus you have an large outdoor shower with private entrance just off the beach.
Kayaks, paddle board, umbrellas and beach chairs to use.
Beach, deck on beach and front lawn are shared space. Fire pit and grill on Seaglass’s side are for your use.
All linens and beach towels provided. Enough for 6.
Washer dryer are to the right as you come in the front porch. This is a shared laundry, please be respectful of others.

Guest access
Seaglass is one of three units, it is on the right on the first floor. Private access to the home. Keypad lock for easy entry (code provided the day your stay begins).
The 2 other homes are rentals or occupied by the owners. Please respect the shared space.

Other things to note
Perfect place to get away from the crowds. Please note that the location is near a State and National forest so seeing wildlife is possible.

Great fishing, kayaking and sailing right at the beach.
A peaceful family friendly oasis just far enough away yet close to restaurants and supplies. Nearest convenient store is 15 min away and groceries are 25 min. Restaurants and entertainment are 15 to 30 minutes.
Boat ramp a short distance east of property, marina and fuel docks close by. There are buoys off the beach were you can keep your boat right on the beach!
Alligator Point has a marina and fuel dock. You can moor your boat right off the beach!
