Art nouveau style decorated 50 square meters 1+1 flat in Beşiktaş very close to metro station. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a residential small size building and is well equipped for every kind of needs. The house can accomodate up to 3 guests as the sofa in the living room is a pull out couch. Bedroom is located in the backside of the house and is very quiet with amazing city view. You will have fast internet (100 Mbps) and international TV channels including netflix and amazon prime video.

The house is located in a residential area of Beşiktaş next to royal palaces like Yıldız palace and gardens (10 minutes of walk) Ihlamur palace and gardens (7 minutes of walk) Dolmabahçe palace and gardens (17 minutes of walk), Çırağan palace (15 minutes of walk), Atik paşa palace (12 minutes of walk). The rooms are light and airy, with windows overlooking city landscapes. There are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, pubs and shops nearby. The subway station "Yildiz" is only 175 meters away. You can park your car around the building for free.

There is no lift in the building but very easy to climb. Please try to be quiet on the staircases. If you need extra cleaning for a fee of 45 euro please let me know one day before. If you like I can either come and pick you up or drop you off at the both airports with my personal car for only 40 euro. Luggage deposit can be arranged easily if needed.
