Welcome to our home! Our apartment welcomes you for your stay in Les Sables d'Olonne, perfect for your beach vacation, sailing or surfing course!

The space
You will appreciate the light and the unobstructed view from our apartment, ideally located in the heart of Les Sables. Perfect for a couple, it can also accommodate up to two children in the second bedroom. The workspace on the loggia also makes it an ideal place for remote work. We occupied it as a four, and made it our cozy nest. We have left books and games available - please take care of them and leave them on site!

The apartment is located in a very quiet building inhabited mainly by retirees. Please avoid noise in the evening and in common areas. The apartment is located on the 7th and there is an elevator to the 6.5th, so half a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Please note that we have installed locks on the windows for child safety.

Neighbourhood highlights

You are a two-minute walk to the train station and Les Sables pedestrian center. The bike path that leads to the forest is at the foot of the building. Walk 500 meters and you're right by the water. Also take advantage of all the shops nearby (don't hesitate to contact me for good addresses, and ideas for running or cycling routes!)

You're literally two minutes away from both the train station and the town center. Walk 500 meters (I checked with my running watch) and you're on the water. We have a huge parking lot close to the building and all amenities nearby: supermarket, local food markets, drugstores, bookshop, swimming pool, restaurants not far either. Ask me and I'll give you tips for shopping and going out. I'm happy to provide ideas for cycling and running too!
