Bring your pets along for the stay.
Self-contained room, kitchenette and bathroom - lower part of the house. Host lives upstairs. Fast unlimited Wi-Fi (bring-your-own-device if you want to watch TV/listen to radio or podcasts), pets allowed on application. Please let me know if the family dog in the back yard is a concern and mutually agreeable arrangements will be made. There are no steps to the door or in the space - however it is not suitable for a guest in a wheelchair. Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises.

The space
One large room with full bathroom. Kitchenette for you to organise meals which includes fridge, microwave oven, rice cooker, air fryer and electric frypan. Please be careful near the fridge/microwave unit as there are stairs down to the laundry. Access to washing up facilities in the laundry. Crockery provided. Pets are welcome upon negotiation. You will find an outdoor table that you can use to have your breakfast in the garden. There is no television - you are welcome to use your own device using the Wi-Fi.

Guest access
Access is via left hand side of property. Key in lockbox on gate. Guests have access to their room via rear sliding door not used by the hostess. Guests can use fully fenced back yard.

Other things to note
The air conditioning switch is in the main home - please message the hostess if you would like it turned on or off. The hostess may negotiate with you to allow access to the switch yourself if she is off premises. Breakfast is not provided.
