This great condo comfortably fits 4 and is centrally located for easy access to wherever you need to be in nashville. This condo boasts a brand new kitchen, flooring and bathroom. It is close to Downtown, Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipscomb Universities

The space

This 1960's retro apartment building was renovated in 2014 and converted to condos. There is a pool on site at the building adjacent from where this unit is located. Depending on the time of year, you should layout, swim, and relax. The condo is on the first floor of a 2 story renovated retro apartment building. The accommodations are similar to a nice hotel room in size but it has added features that make it more like a small apartment. There is a queen size bed, flat screen TV, free wi-fi, living area with a couch, a table dining or to take care of business, and a bathroom with a shower. The couch is a sofa sleeper to add extra sleeping. But what makes it even better is that you have a small kitchen to prepare and store meals, and a private entrance that allows you to come and go easily. There is laundry on-site as well; located in the building surrounding the pool.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire property. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique keypad code that will serve as your keys to the property. This code is changed every time we have a new guest so it is very secure. It will work for the time of your reservation only.

You'll have access to the pool when it's in season which is roughly Memorial Day - Labor Day.

Other things to note

We require a 3-night minimum stay on the weekends and that Friday and Saturday nights be booked together. For reservations made 30 days or more from the arrival date, there is a 2-night minimum stay during the week. For reservations made less than 30 days from the arrival date, there is a 1-night minimum stay during the week.

Under certain scenarios, we can make exceptions to these rules so please don`t hesitate to ask!

As soon as you step foot in Nashville, you'll notice that the skyline is peppered with cranes and other signs of the booming construction that is happening. This area has a new building being constructed. While you may occasionally be able to hear some noise from the site, the loudest part of the construction has been completed and shouldn't be a major issue going forward. However, we know that some folks are lighter sleepers and may be more easily bothered by certain sounds. In order to ensure you are as comfortable as possible, this unit has a sound machine to use if desired.

Booking requirements:

If you are booking a reservation that begins or ends on a Saturday or a major holiday please inquire with us before booking. Also, if you are booking a same day reservation after 2 pm, please message us before booking so we can ensure the unit is clean and ready for you.

Please always inquire with us before booking if you will be bringing a pet; pets are considered on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply.

We may be able to make exceptions to the rules below depending on the situation so please don`t hesitate to ask!

Reservations are subject to cancellation if:

-The reservation begins or ends on a Saturday - we require Friday and Saturday to be booked together
-The reservation begins or ends on a major holiday - this includes but is not limited to: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
- A same day reservation is made past 2 pm and the unit is not ready and clean

During your stay:
1. Guests shall check out of the property at the checkout time and date of this agreement.
2. Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs and damage should the premises be left in a lesser condition.
3. No smoking is permitted inside the property.
4. Guests shall not be permitted to have more than the number of persons stated above to reside or sleep on the premises.
5. Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Creating a noise or disturbance likely to impact the surrounding property owners shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises with no refund of rents. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
6. Guests shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, etc, shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents.

The location is great for exploring Nashville given its close proximity to downtown. 12th ave is within walking distance and is a great area to get food and coffee or simply to wander around. Compared to hotel lodging it is much cheaper and the personality of the condo itself makes you feel welcome and at home in the city.

Destination: Nashville, TN. Host: UrbanNashv Premise- great. near restaurants and bars. has a pool. clean. Stay experience- great. it met our requirements. there's parking and the place was quiet enough. Connection with host- great. responsive and helpful. Wifi available. I have recommended the place and AirBnB to friends and family. It was my first time to book a vacation place through AirBnB and the experience has made me enter AirBnB among my favorite travel sites.

My wife and I stayed here at the end of July and had a great stay. Getting a response from the host was very quick and they also checked in on us through out the stay to make sure everything was going well. Check in was a breeze and the room is as advertised. Plenty of space and the kitchen came in handy. Minor issues, closet door was broken and bathroom is a bit older but really did not affect on our stay at all, I just know some people can be very picky. Even though the unit is not right on the pool it is very close (essentially across a little parking lot). We had a blast around it as we met tons of people from all over (including more Canadians!). Free parking was great and as other people have said it is only a 6-8$ uber/lyft to all the action downtown. Also, some great stuff on 8th ave like the host recommends including 8th and Roast and The Sutler Saloon. Also if you are looking for hot chicken there is a Bolton's essentially right beside the Airbnb. Last but not least we have to give a HUGE THANKS to the hosts as we forgot our passports in the room when we left and they very quickly got in touch and shipped it to where we were going to be next. Life savers!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville!
