Amazing location and well appointed townhome offers up tons of luxury and thoughtful finishes. The home has been beautifully updated with wood floors on both levels, upgraded stainless appliances, and granite counters in the kitchen. The open and spacious first floor provides great flow and usable space. All bedrooms are quite spacious and the master suite showcases a beautiful deep tray ceiling. Great location, wonderful neighborhood, quiet living. Welcome home!

The space
Very peaceful neighborhood, walking distance to the community pool, also close enough to Heritage golfing community to enjoy walking along tree lined avenues whilst taking in the views. Close to many amenities, this neighborhood is beautifully kept in a very sought after area.

Guest access
Easy Drive up parking with assigned parking space and plenty of room for guest parking. Simple door code access for entry and exit of the townhome.

Quiet Neighborhood. Pet Friendly. You'll have access to the pool during the summer months!
