Escape to our beautiful Northern Catskill retreat on over 100 acres with unparalleled views. Within 25 minutes of Windham Mountain, the main and guest house are for your exclusive use and together sleep ten. The gorgeous property has high speed WiFi, relaxing seating areas inside and out, wood stove, fire pit and grill, and a pond for hockey. The guest house has arcade games, an elliptical, and a 50 inch Smart TV for wifi streaming. Many historic towns with restaurants and shopping are nearby.

The space
This remarkable property and houses represent a perfect opportunity to build lasting memories for large and small gatherings. All of it is for your enjoyment: the main residence, the guest house, 100+ acres, a pond, incredible views, and much more.

The property: A long, tree-lined and stone-walled driveway takes you to this warm, pristine and perfect American farmhouse in the midst of over one-hundred secluded acres of meadows, forest and panoramic northern Catskills mountain vistas. Herb and flower gardens abound. A pond for hockey lies down the hill from the house and a seasonal stream flows on the land across the quiet road. Multiple rock walls have slate stone with fossils of leaves, insects and trilobites. Deer and turkeys roam freely; bird watchers will see many and various birds including hawks and the occasional eagle.

The main farm house, with views from every room, sleeps seven with four bedrooms (including two queen beds, one with memory foam, a single, also memory foam, and a double) and two full bathrooms. The main house also features a wood stove in the living room. It has air conditioning, fast, reliable Wi-Fi, stereo, and washer and dryer. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with a delightful breakfast nook and has everything needed for large or small dinners, including a gas grill right outside on its own patio. There are multiple, comfortable seating areas in the main house -- around the fireplace in the living room, in the kitchen nook, and in the bay window area next to the dining room table. Numerous books, board games and puzzles for all ages are In the living room. The front patio with fire pit and outside heater is a favorite gathering space as well. Hammocks and Adirondack chairs are located around the property.

The guest house has a separate, upstairs bedroom with a queen, memory foam bed, a twin bed, and a full bath. Downstairs on the first floor, the common area has a futon, refrigerator and a coffee machine, Foosball, an arcade basketball game, an Elliptical trainer, and plenty of floor space for stretching and Yoga exercises.

The garage includes an EV plug for electric cars, holds sleds, fishing poles, a toboggan, saucers, hockey sticks and net for the frozen pond in winter, as well as a basketball hoop right outside.

Come to rest and rejuvenate, ski, sled and hike at this country farm house with unparalleled views. Do understand that this is a rural country house with ladybugs and the occasional creature, but the tranquility and beauty is unmatched. Dogs are welcome, but must have their nails short as the floors are wood.
