However, you have refused as you could arrange by your self. Please refers to our previous conversation when you made a booking. I almost met the valued guest before coming to provide warm welcome as what past review was given by other valued guest so they felt warm welcome by me.
I used different name because the rate advertised is little bit lower than other online travel agent such as (Website hidden by Airbnb) (Hidden by Airbnb) and ect. It is merely to anticipate parity rate issue from them. I think as traveler will do searching rate comparison before deciding to book. In term of marketing point of view you should realized that we have to invest our knowledge and skill. No wonder I got commission fee from them. If you (Email hidden by Airbnb) (Hidden by Airbnb) and other online travel agent, they get commission as well so you can not blame me that I received commission as I help them for marketing. I have contract agreement with them that I entitle to get commission. You should recognize people in doing something with their skill and knowledge.
I never deceived the valued guest. I do my work with honest and trust so you can see and read my review from past guest review. The past review was reviewed by the valued guest directly. It was not made by me as you judged me that I made up past review on your private feedback. Please refer to review guidelines which is provided by Airbnb.com If you ask for direct price in the resort, then they would tell you the cheaper rate than online rate as they do not pay any commission. It was happened to me when I used to work in the hotel because we do not want to lose any chance in front of us. You should be understood this kind of situation if you are really loyal travelling. It does not just receive any information given by the people in the resort as they do not have much skill and knowledge in term of marketing point of you.
Refers to my past review from other valued guest such as Mr Francois and the others, you were not the first guest referred by me for this resort as what it was told by the staff resort. In your next holiday planning, please book directly to hotel rather than using online travel agent that it takes you money for commission.
