Villa Kaya View is a modern stone villa. It's stunning view of historic Kayaköy and Babadağ Mountain. A few km away Downtown Fethiye, Ölüdeniz Beach, Kıdrak Beach, Gemiler Beach and lively town of Hisarönü. The villa is brand new and beautifully decorated with new household goods. It's a large swimming pool, panoramic terrace, authentic kiosk, bbq with table and nice garden with pebble stone jacuzzi. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with master room with jacuzzi and twin room, en-suite baths.

The space
Villa Kaya View stands on 400m2 over all space. It has 100m2 villa, 30m2 panoramic terrace, 35m2 swimming pool and others areas.

Villa Kaya View combined authenticity and modernity. We used special white stones to cover entire villa and applied high ceiling at saloon and kitchen for more spaciousness and serenity.

Saloon has 2 comfortable sofa, library corner, TV unite, unlimited Wi-Fi, indoor dinner table and 18.000btu powerful Air-condition for summer and winter period. It has bright lighting system inside and outside home.

Kitchen is fully equipped with guest's needs. We consider every single details in kitchen, you will feel like in your home.

Villa is absolutely suitable for 4 people families or 2 couples. First bedroom has double bed for 2 guests en-suite bath with indoor jucuzzi. Second bedroom has 2 single beds for 2 guests en-suite bath (beds may combine into double). Each room has wardrobe, nightstand, mirror and desk.

Terrace is one of the best relaxing area in home. You may enjoy the amazing view of historical Kayaköy (We called -Villa Kaya View- because of that reason) and watch the tandem paragliders over Babadağ and Ölüdeniz on horizon. Terrace also has comfy outdoor furniture and dinner table.

Villa Kaya View have giant swimming pool (size 7.5mX4.5m) and covered by turquoise colored giant ceramics inside and around of pool covered by travertine marble and applied amazing led lighting system inside for night. Note: We clean swimming pool every early morning and make it ready for your usage.

There is a BBQ and wooden picnic table near swimming pool. You may enjoy your feast with your loved ones. We also build authentic kiosk as relaxing corner near outdoor jacuzzi. Pebble stone jacuzzi is perfect enjoyment for kids or everyone during your holiday. 4 people can fit inside perfectly.

Villa Kaya View is located slope of hill and opposite of historic Kayaköy. That's why you will have stunning view of Kayaköy and Babadağ Mountain. Villa's around is safe and many other rental villas located but we are at dead end and final villa that's why you have more privacy and secluded ambiance. Plus villa is covered with cream-colored fence and no one watch or see pool around during your holiday. We are providing perfect isolation for families and couples.

You can visit historic Kayaköy and walk around Castle, Church and houses and having beautiful photos as memory. Only 3km far way from your villa. Market is closer to your home but you don't need to go out, you can order and they will deliver it.
