Other things to note
One thing to note, we are in an urban area filled with city sounds that are out of our control. There is a twenty four/seven car wash located across the alley behind the house. It’s typically not loud but the dryers can be heard from inside the house when there’s complete silence and the occasional car stereo. If complete peace and quiet are what you’re looking for in Tampa, this may not be the neighborhood for your stay.
