This newly renovated, professionally curated, modern apartment is walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, the hottest destination in Phoenix. The apartment is located in a vintage 1970's apartment complex with a mix of long term and short term tenants. You can walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. Enjoy our pool!

The apartment contains a Smart TV, High Speed Wi-Fi, a memory foam mattress to keep guests comfortable during their stay.

The space
The entire apartment is yours! We put time and effort into making sure everything is readily accessible to our guests without having to search for things. We created curated, modern apartment especially for you!

Please note it is summer, and there are bugs from time to time. Please keep doors closed at all times and food away. We have this property professionally serviced for bugs frequently, but they do sometimes sneak inside.


Outdoor or Community Features:
-Community pool please note there is no lifeguard and the pool is not heated
-Community coin washer/dryer
-WALKABLE to Old Town Scottsdale, the hottest neighborhood in Phoenix and the surrounding areas.
-The home can be accessed via self-check-in upon arrival.
-Private outdoor patio furniture for our guests is located right outside the front door to the apartment on the shared walkway.

NOTE: Quite hours in all outdoor areas are at 10pm, 7 nights per week.

IMPT: There is no lifeguard on duty at the community pool. Children must be supervised at all times and occupants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in all outdoor areas.

The neighborhood is perfectly located within comfortable walking distance to Old Town. It's quiet and nicely situated, the area is lively with various community events taking place all the time. You can leave your front door and immediately be walking along side the locals to different activities, events, popular destinations, restaurants, etc. You can Uber/Lyft if you desire or rent an electric scooter/bike to get around in style. You'll see others zipping past you! Go hiking at the very popular Camelback Mountain (3.4) miles away. Explore Old Town's unique and very desirable destinations and attractions. Spring training, wine festival, and the art festival are just some of the fun activities you'll enjoy. Old Town is frequented by professional athletes, celebrities and VIP's. Come be a part of a sophisticated atmosphere where memories are made!
