Villa Alba is a detatched house with four bedrooms, garden and private swimming pool.
The house is in the area of Riells set at about 1100m (13 minutes walk) from the beautiful sandy beach of Riells.
The house has four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with childs single beds.
There are two bathrooms. One with a shower and toilet (downstairs) and another with a bath, shower and toilet.
The lounge has a sofa, TV with Amazon Firestick and spare HDMI available if you want to bring along your own devices.
The kitchen is very well equipped with Oven, Hob (electric), fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of dishes, glasses cups and untensils.
There is a washing machine in the garage.
Outside there is off street parking for ONE car.
There is a nice green garden with grassed lawns.
The pool is approx 6.5m x 4m with steps into the shallow end. The deepest part of the pool is approx 1.8m.
There is an outside table and chairs for dining and 6 sun loungers and a parasol.
