A quiet area,very green ,open, with wide sidewalks for walking.
Close to Parque de los Pericones where you can take a snack and ,or do it on the multiple terraces in the area.
In the middle of two Municipal pools.
Next to the Gijón Sur Center of the City of Gijón that is in front of El Corte Inglés ,there you can buy cards for the bus and information about summer activities Gijón.
Neighborhood built in the '60s with a multitude of shops and amenities.?My house is open to all those people interested in getting to know Asturias , resting ,working…families…workers ,friends…
In short ,all the quiet and tasty people to come are welcome. Bike and hiking from the city close to the apartment for a stay in contact with nature.

I am a perfect lady, I like order and cleanliness. I love coffee and homemade desserts. I love Asturian cheeses, which are many and varied, we have twenty-seven different kinds. The ones I like the most are the blue ones, Cabrales, La Peral and La Fueya are my favorites, there is also the smoked one from Pría, Afuega'l pitu roxu and white. I like history, languages, art, architecture and health. I love animals, I'm interested in their behavior.
