Welcome to our charming Del Mar retreat! Our spacious house boasts 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, making it the perfect coastal getaway.

Situated near the fairgrounds, beaches, and the village, you’ll have plenty of options for exploration. Whether you’re here to soak up the sun, work remotely, or enjoy a mild winter, this house is the ideal spot.

You’ll be delighted by the sea themed touches and the soothing shades of blue and white. The house offers ample space, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The space
This spacious home offers a serene and inviting space for your stay.

The master bedroom boasts peak ocean views and a large private ensuite with garden views and a relaxing soaking tub. The second bedroom also provides ocean peeks and fairground views, and it's versatile as an office with twin desks.

Downstairs, the third bedroom doubles as a cozy TV room, featuring a queen sleeper sofa with a latex topper. The fourth bedroom offers flexibility as an office or a comfortable queen bed. Both are adjacent to a full bathroom with tub.

The living room and kitchen create an open and airy atmosphere, connecting to both the tropical backyard and front balcony. Witness breathtaking sunsets from the balcony, creating unforgettable memories.

After a day at the beach, indulge in the outdoor warm shower. For dining under the stars, the patio hosts an inviting outdoor dining table and BBQ, perfect for enjoying al fresco dinners.

Please note that no parties, events, photography or more guests than booked. Quiet after 9pm is expected as we live in a peaceful family neighborhood.

Please note that there are exterior cameras and sensor lights for security.

Well behaved dogs under 25lb are welcome to stay at no additional cost, please enquire. The backyard is fenced.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to most of the property, including the fenced backyard. The garage and master walk-in closet will not be accessible.

Our property may not be suitable for young children due to the number of internal stairs and external steps.
