The Surfrider - once a motel and symbol of opulence on Sydney's Northern Beaches - is a unique, private apartment building right on the beachfront in Dee Why.

Studio 8 is an airy and bright studio apartment located on the 1st floor of the building, with north-facing views of the park, inviting in sea breezes and the morning sun.

The space
Studio 8 has one bedroom/living area perfectly appointed for 1-2 guests. There is a fully stocked kitchenette with modern appliances, a modernised bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private balcony with an outlook over the park and surf club. The studio was fully renovated in 2023.

Guest access
As our guest, you have access to the entire apartment, common areas such as the foyers, and the shared laundry room.

Other things to note
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the studio - including on the balcony - or in any of the common areas of the building. We don't allow parties or large events, and ask that you kindly respect our neighbours by keep noise levels agreeable. We don't have extra beds for more than 2 guests.

It has plenty of restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and amenities within walking distance, and even more located about a 10 minute walk away or a few stops on the bus. There is plenty to do nearby, so we trust you will enjoy your stay.
