The space
Nestled between Lake Laura and Bryce Resort, this renovated mountain condo is designed for an easy Shenandoah getaway. Spend your days skiing, golfing, mountain biking, hiking, exploring local wineries, or relaxing at the lake — then come home to mountain views, a wood-burning fireplace, and a quiet evening surrounded by nature.
The main level features an open kitchen, dining, and living space perfect for spending time together after a day outdoors. Cook dinner, play games, enjoy the fire, or step outside onto the private wraparound deck overlooking the mountains.
The main floor includes two private bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom
• Queen bed
• Private ensuite full bathroom
• Smart TV
• Blackout shades
Second Bedroom
• Single-over-full bunk bed
• Great for kids or additional guests
• Full bathroom just outside the room
Loft
The loft is one of the best parts of the condo and gives everyone extra room to spread out. Kids love having their own space upstairs while adults relax downstairs.
The loft includes:
• Additional sleeping space
• Third full bathroom
• Couch and smart TV
• PlayStation 4 and games
• Kids’ toys
• Dart board
• Workspace overlooking the main living area

Neighbourhood highlights
You are just steps away from beautiful Lake Laura!! There you will find something for everyone. Have a picnic on the berm, bring a chair and read a book, head down to the water to fish (Largemouth Bass, Sunfish, Northern Pike, and Catfish), or take the 2.7 mile hike around the lake.
During the summer months, enjoy Lake Laura’s sandy beach. For the little ones, there is even a wading pool stocked with beach toys! There are jump pads, a snack bar, rent a paddle boat or an inner tube - you’ll easily make a day of it!!
The entrance to Bryce Resort is also steps away, but you’ll need your car. Head past the Driving Range, about a mile, and you’ll spot the resort.
Depending on the season, you will find skiing, snow tubing, ice skating, a downhill mountain bike park, and even more! Plus, an 18-hole championship golf course!
Grab dinner at the Copper Kettle, Shenandoah Center, or try the Bar & Grill at Carter’s Hutte, located at the bottom of the mountain. That’s is our favorite place for the whole family, when we aren’t taking part in the other activities.
Bryce Resort is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, family retreat, or just some simple R&R!
Additional local favorites are Freed’s Biscuits (GO HERE!!), Rhouse, and Smiley’s Ice Cream Shoppe. All three are located steps from the condo!!! Depending on the season, you will find a Putt- Putt course, too!! Either get in the car or walk down with the family. You might even find live music and a fire pit on the right night!!
Last, and never to be forgotten, our Community Store/gas station located at the bottom of the hill. If you need it, you will find it there! Oh and try their deli sandwiches.
