Cozy, peaceful get away on the golf course in Waikoloa Village. Quaint studio off hole 4. Hear the NeNe in this ocean themed studio w/kitchen, laundry, Wifi, Wifi television, bathroom, mango bar, & kitchen table. Simple space for a couple that play all day & come back to a quiet evening. This little abode was built in the 70s & has that vibe. Perfect to relax after a day exploring. This is my home, so many of my personal belongings are present. Please see photos to ensure your liking.

The space
This is a studio space with large windows in the front and a large sliding glass door for entry. The space was built in the 70s and has the much of that eras vibe. The front has blinds to cover the large windows in the front. Please look at pictures to ensure this place fits your needs. Also has access to pool and tennis courts across the street. Just use the guest pass while staying there.

Guest access
There’s is a key box in which you retrieve your key on the left side of the glass windows and sliding glass door. A reminder it’s a large sliding glass door for entry, as well as ventilation to outside. If you feel you can not slide a big glass door, this may not be the unit for your stay.

Other things to note
This studio is the perfect place to stay simply while in Hawaii. Go adventure all day and come back to a simple stay.
