Beautiful newly renovated house, in the region considered one of the best climates in Brazil. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 suite with a small office attached, 2 full bathrooms, living and dining rooms, full kitchen and balcony with barbecue grill. Cable TV and Internet with wifi available.
