In Massouri Armeos direct under Grande Grotta. Just renovated, colourful painted and with nice details. Every studio has an own balcony to the seaside. Additionally we've a big terrace to the mountainside with a big common table and barbecue. Fast Wifi and a working place making homeoffice/woking remote easy.

The space
Sunshine Studios are located five minutes footpath away from Massouri in Armeos. They are outside the bustling tourist place of Massouri. For climbing they're perfect: exactly between the two approaches to the climbing spots above Massouri. Down of the studios is the Monster Café with tasty cappuccino and snacks. Apart of this it offers a playground and childcare for the small ones. Next to us there's a Minimarket with own bakery which serves every morning fresh bread and other bakery products.

You've your own studio, your own balcony with sea view and a big common terrace. For a small fee you've the possibility to wash.

As already described directly next to our studios is a Minimarket with own bakery, which has everything you nedd for your daily needs. About two Minutes up the street there is with Tsopanakos Restaurant a beautiful place to eat out with local products (own goat cheese, olives, goat- and lambmeat, fish from local fishing). In the other direction there is Philoxenia Hotel with a public pool in exchange for a drink or a snack from the integrated café/restaurant. A little bit further there is the known Elena Village with another public pool - very friendly for children. The big Massouri beach is ten minutes on foot away. But only a five minutes walk away there is the beautiful, small Kastelli beach. Also Scooter rentals are close by.
