Studio SEVEN is a studio style rental located above the garage and has a view of the lake from it's private deck. Located on the East side of the island, you'll be 6 miles from the airport and close to popular sites like the south end lighthouse, Iron Ore Bay, and Cables Creek.

The space
This studio apartment is located above our garage. Enjoy a view of the forest and a partial lakeview from your private deck. The property is set 1000 feet from the road so you’ll be right on the lake. There is another rental adjacent to this studio which has primary access to the lake but you’ll have a nice view of the water and access to hiking trails and the lake nearby.
We either stay at the house or cabin adjacent to the apartment (or rent it to other visitors) but you are free to roam all 4 acres and explore its trails.
The beach access is primarily for house guests but there are plenty of public access points nearby and all over the island.
