This c.1925 home has 5,000 sq. ft. of historic charm. There are 4 large guest suites, each with a private bath. An addition was built which added an entertainment room & heated indoor swim spa. Located within walking distance of downtown restaurants & shops , Barclay Square, Gobbler’s Knob & Mahoning Shadow Trail - you are also only 3 blocks from Phil’s Burrow, where you can visit Punxsutawney Phil and his wife, Phyllis. All less less than a mile from the front door.

Guests have full access to the indoor heated swim spa ($50 fee per stay - we implemented extra cleaning between guests which includes draining, refilling and chemical treatment of swim spa), entertainment room with 12’ movie screen & projector, TV, 300+ DVD collection, Blu Ray player, games, puzzles, books, poker table (cards & chips provided). There is also a business center with wireless printer, dining room, full kitchen, laundry & private backyard with outdoor seating. There is a half bath in the business center for convenience and a full bath with shower in the swim spa room. The entertainment room has 2 couches that fold out in to beds to create additional sleeping for more guests. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony off the 2nd floor.

Each suite is equipped with keyless entry keypads, Roku TV, extra linens, towels, toiletries & hair dryer. Pool towels are provided and are located in the pool room.

The heating/air conditioning is regulated by Nest thermostats. There are 4 zones for convenience & efficiency. The entertainment room & pool area have heated floors and a separate Nest regulates these areas. Feel free to adjust to your comfort. Each suite has it's own A/C.

The backyard is completely fenced & private. There is a picnic table, basketball goal on a concrete pad and a tire swing along with seating on the 2nd floor balcony. Basketball is in the mud room. *Picnic table is not available in winter months. A charcoal grill & grilling tools are available. You will need to provide the charcoal/lighter fluid.

PETS: send message for consideration. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $50.00 if approved.
