NO PARTIES ALLOWED fine of $1,000 and immediate eviction will be enforced
PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED fine of $500 and immediate eviction will be enforced
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN the house deep cleaning will be charged and any damages will be charged at repairs cost. You can smoke outdoors and we appreciate the proper disposal of cigarettes butts. We also encourage to do the same at the beach. Keeping our Beaches clean is very top priority for the Holden Beach Owner and Vacationers
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOME OR AT THE POOL THAT ARE NOT ON THE RESERVATION.
NO OPEN FLAMES OR CANDLES.
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 P.M. TO 7 A.M. BE THOUGHTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS
DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE OWNERS’ CLOSETS – located in the upstairs hallway and bedroom as well as downstairs in the lower level by the outdoor shower. Charge of $500 for tampering with owners closet.

4:00 PM – SELF CHECK IN WITH KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM no early check in. No access to pool or refrigerator prior to 4 pm.

10am no late check out available. A charge will apply to guests staying past check out
PLEASE LOCK ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS. PLEASE LEAVE LAUNDRY ROOM UNLOCKED.
CLEAN AND UNLOAD THE DISHWASHER.
PLEASE TURN OFF ALL THE LIGHTS.
PLEASE TAKE OUT THE TRASH.
CHECK ALL DRAWERS AND CLOSETS FOR PERSONAL ITEMS. Items left behind will be stored and returned at owners convenience with a shipping charge.
TRASH PICK UP:
Tuesday: year round
Tuesday and Saturday: Memorial Day through September
Trash containers must be placed no more than five feet away from the street. Please roll trash containers out Monday and Friday evening as pick-up begins at 6:00 a.m.
Recycle pick up is not available at this time.
Bed Linens and Towels:
Please do not remove mattress pads, pillows, shams . Our hospitality and cleaning crew will handle stripping beds and any dirty towels. Please leave towels on bathroom floor.
Dishwasher: empty the dishwasher. If dirty or clean dishes are left in the dishwasher a fee of $125 will be charged
Refrigerator: Please leave refrigerator empty. Do not leave food behind. Refrigerator cleaning will be charged separately.
THERMOSTAT: turn off the air conditioner when cooking or if you are leaving doors open. If you are opening the door, keep in mind that condensation will form on floors and wall that are slip hazard.
Nest thermostats are quite simple to use. Move the dial clockwise to increase the temperature and counterclockwise to decrease temperature setting. To change from heat to cool select the wavy circle by pressing the whole dial. Thermostat is NOT touch screen.
POOL: SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO DIVING. NO RUNNING. ABSOLUTELY NO JUMPING FROM BALCONY. ANY CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT POTTY-TRAINED MUST WEAR APPOPRIATE SWIM DIAPERS. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ON POOL DECK. SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING POOL. NO FOOD IN THE POOL. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY IF RULES ARE NOT ADHERRED TO.
Grill:
The Grill is located on the right side of the pool, the grill uses LP gas and there is a tank attached to the grill. We do not fill up the gas after every guest if the tanks runs out of gas you can refill it at the gas station or the Food Lion. You can also bring your own tank. Please do not move the grill from its location. No grills allowed on the deck or under the house. No fire pits allow on the property.
SECURITY CAMERAS: please note for your safety, the exterior of the property is monitored 24/7. No cameras are located inside of the house.
