Valley View is my cosy detached house situated in a semi-rural location within 10 minutes drive from both Dumfries town centre and Thornhill. There are many things to do in Dumfries. It can be a parkland golf course, mountain bike trails at the 7 stanes, camera obscura, a farmers market, restaurants, children's play parks, hills, rivers, forest walks and much more. Dumfries' museums are also treasure troves for uncovering the local history including Robert Burns.

The space
This house offers an open plan kitchen living dining area with 3 king bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs shower room. The dining table also turns into a pool table. There is free off road parking to the front of the house with a large spacious garden to the rear. There is free Wi-Fi throughout and towels are also provided. The hot tub is available all year round, I would suggest bringing a beach towel if you are using the hot tub frequently.

Guest access
This house is self check in, a code for the key will be provided the day before you arrive. Check in is 3pm onwards and check out on departure day is 10am. If you require an early check in or a late check out there will be an extra charge subject to availability.

This house is the smaller house of 2. There is a 5 bedroom house to the front of this house with its own front door, full amenities and own garden space. This can be rented separately by other guests or with the smaller house bookings, subject to availability. Please ask for details if this is of interest.
