The apartment located in the heart of the historic center, bright and spacious is located on the first floor with independent entrance; inside it consists of: kitchen living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

The space
In the apartment, finely renovated with completely new furnishings, there are: Washing machine, 2 flat screen TVs (living room/kitchen and bedroom), Bosh induction hob with 4 burners, microwave oven, coffee machine and air conditioning with 2 split, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room, also inside the bathroom there is a comfortable electric furnishing heater to be used during the stays not yet summer.
For hygiene reasons and in respect of allergic guests, no pets are allowed in the apartment and no smoking is allowed. For smokers it will be possible to do it on the small landing for exclusive use in front of the entrance door.
The excellent location just a few steps from the town's central square where you will find restaurants, old taverns, bars and much more, also allows you to reach with a few steps the other square (Piazza della Chiesa) where you will find the pharmacy, a clinic, hairdresser man/woman and an ATM.

Just 2km away from the centre of the village, you can immerse yourself in the nature of the "San Silvestro Archaeological Mining Park", from which the fascinating "Rocca San Silvestro" stands out, an ancient mining village founded in the Middle Ages to exploit the copper, lead and silver deposits; from here it is possible to organize various itineraries: the Museum of Archaeology and Minerals and then move on to the "Temperino Mine", a tunnel of about 500 meters where you can enter protected by a helmet to discover how minerals were extracted from antiquity until today.
The area is also famous for its old Thermal Establishment of Venturina Terme (5Km), where the "Terme del Calidario" stand out, where you can relax taking advantage of the natural springs of water that flow at a constant temperature of 36 degrees; in addition to the historic spring you can find Thermarium, a modern spa.
