Wonderful house, built by the creator of the condominium on a 10,000 m2 plot, with a privileged position. Fully integrated with nature, with wood and glass providing a feeling of always being outdoors... The breeze penetrates the straw roof, cooling the environment. Of course, the best location was chosen, the house is 200 meters from the club and beach overlooking the sea, forest and polo field, simply stunning!

Neighbourhood highlights

The condominium is divided into 4 condominiums within it. The Outeiro condominium, or “Outeirão” as we call it, is made up of large houses on larger land well integrated to nature and with more distant neighbors, without noise nuisance and with the sound of the sea making the balance. It was designed to enjoy the house and nature a lot and is much closer to the Outeiro Club and beach.
From there you can walk or free of charge with the condominium transfer:
* To the beach of the bungalows, where there is a delicious river on the beach and the children love it!
* To the villa for ice cream, stroll, play soccer/volleyball in the countryside, take the kids to the playground, drop by to thank you in our beautiful Church or just have dinner at the condominium's wonderful restaurants, floors, and bistros.
* In the mirror, where there is the "buxixo", many bars, tents, restaurants, sellers of curd cheese, Indians with handicrafts, but the beach is busier... But I recommend the tour! ;)
* Take a hike in golf! The Outeiro has a wonderful golf course, and few know it but it has a trail as wonderful as, with wild animals, protected trees, lakes... anyway a super experience
* Go to the trail lake! Located shortly after the house, there is an entrance to this “secret” trail! It looks magical and is not so long, great to do with children . When the trail ends there is a dream lake... where there is a deck and stand ups available for a walk on the lake. Around the lake they have just made a new tour, which goes out exactly on the street of the house where they will be! An adventure not to be missed!
