The ground floor opens onto a large living room: a modern and quality kitchen, a dining room and a large lounge area to spend good moments of conviviality by the fireplace if needed! Friends pianists, let yourself be tempted by some ranges on our restored and tuned 1920 upright piano.

You will also find the amenities of a bathroom, a separate toilet and a room with a washing machine/dryer.
