Recently updated Ty Doli , Grade11 listed / large Townhouse apartment forTwo or Four people in Brecon , close to the centre , a very popular destination for holidays; our stunning Brecon Beacons national park , magnificent mountains, gorgeous river valleys, vibrant culture and friendly people have always been a draw to attract people to come and stay surrounded in outstanding natural beauty of Mountains , rivers, lakes , canals, reservoirs & villages.
An area Dark skies and huge open spaces all within the National park .
The entrance to the apartment is from the street . There is a separate door entrance along the street of colourful listed Georgian properties.
The apartment itself is a lovely calm and eclectic base to call home on your staycation – welcoming you with charm and country-Georgian Style interiors that will surely delight however many times you decide to retreat to it as your base for a well earned relax after a days exploring. It is close to many eateries to go out or relax staying in.
The entrance hall , has access to a garden with a perfect seating area for up to 4 people, with or without the sun it is the ideal place to eat, relax, and repeat. and whilst inside the apartment , a stairs take you up to the first floor ,on the ground floor there is a well stocked kitchen

When you do venture inside a country chic , cottage style kitchen with calm decor and oodles of natural materials offers a homely welcome. with microwave, cooker fridge kettle and toaster in a country style shaker Kitchen , a window seat and three chairs around a vintage scrub pine kitchen table . tile floors and an old fireplace start the character of the cute, classic country-style farmhouse kitchen with plenty of open-shelving and a range master stove to cook on . The space is open and airy for cooking for 2 or 4 people.
Delightful decor 'finishing touches' inside include stripped wooden floors shutters and accents of country fabrics – from florals to pastel blues and green throughout the apartment.
The large sitting room arguably the prime spot in the apartment has three delightful sash windows sun room allowing you to enjoy the gorgeous apartment setting whatever the weather, it is is comfortable for up to 4 people with a smart screen TVs, wood burner effect gas fire and Georgian style panelling and shutters to compliment the era of the house. Its character is evidence in this space and ensures an attractive room that reminds visitors of the period charm of this abode.
A bathroom with vintage finds, a fire and wash stand housing the sink, with a large bath has views across the rooftops to the castle and hotel . The hallway is spacious and airy with a further set of stairs taking you up to the Two bedrooms on the top floor , please let us know when booking which room you would like made up :-)
There is a super king sized room ( the pink room) with original fire place and two light-filled sash windows and then a king sized room , ( Blue Room) , the booking is for you ONLY during your stay , but please note the Base price is for a couple/ two people sharing either the king fixed bed or the Super-king sized bed , for 2 people wanting separate bedrooms there will be an extra fee . This is charged as an extra room /linen / bathroom so if two people are staying and you want an extra room then they must contact me re an extra room, linen etc .. just as if you wanted two rooms if a third guest is staying then it’s added by adding as a 3rd person on the Airbnb booking , a fourth person is also added to the booking, many thanks

Brecon Town is situated on the northern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, a perfect holiday accommodation for lovers of the countryside and visiting for local weddings, literacy festival at Hay on wye, Jazz festival and other local events to Brecon.
Explore Georgian and Jacobean fronted shops ,Cathedral with a shop& cafe .
You can follow Captains Walk and see the remains of Brecons medieval walls or visit southWales Borders museum, art galleries, eateries , cinema and theatre. The Brecon Monmouth canal, mountains, lakes, resevoirs and local villages aswell as nearby towns of Crickhowell, Abergavenny, Hay on Wye within the Brecon Beacons are all on your doorstep

Booking for two people is assumed as two people sharing the super king size bed. If the second room is required for 2 people, then there is an extra charges for extra linen… extra room.. extra bathroom etc please contact me to let me know re extra to be made up in then the booking . If there are three guests then the booking is to be made as 3 people. If there is a 4th person, they also must be added to the booking.
