Mead Farm is in a beautiful part of the world between North Devon and Cornwall, 0.8 miles from Welcombe Mouth, down a steep road. The Coastal path is within a 5 minute walk with stunning views and ancient landmarks. Various surfing beaches close by.

The space
The half of Mead Farm was completely refurbished in 2021. The house dates from 1659 and is of significant local importance. The lounge has a cosy woodburner, the newly fitted kitchen is equiped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area in the conservatory is very spacious with sea views and amazing west facing sunsets. Bay views are within 2 minutes walk out of the garden.

We are in a beautiful remote location with a chance to get away from it all, however, mobile phone reception depends on your provider, Vodaphone is best.
