A 3-bedroom pool villa with modern tropical design, furnishing with asian elements, calm and private place. The total size area is 400 Sq.meters

Living space:
- Air-conditioned living room with providing LCD screen TV, worldwide TV satellite, and DVD player.
- 3 comfortable bedrooms with air-conditioning and own bathroom, large double beds and premium bedding, overlooking pool and garden
- a fully equipped kitchen - with fridge, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, hot-cold water dispenser, full kitchenwares etc.

Outside space: dining terrace, garden and swimming pool.
- The large space of terrace which is for dining & lounge area for 8 persons, direct access to swimming pool size 3.5 x8 meters.
- Private car parking

RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning twice per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe

RATE EXCLUDES:
-The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
-Extra Bed - 2,500 baht per stay (By Request)
-Baby Cot & High Chair - 1,900 per stay (By Request)
-BBQ Griller - By Request

SERVICES:
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with an extra charge

HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
