100 meters from the sea, 1 block from the Shopping Walk and 10 minutes from the center of Playas. The neighborhood is quite quiet, so much so that being close to the beach it is possible that certain nights can be heard as the waves of the sea break. Also, parties and noise are almost non-existent around here. We are close to Tuti, a market chain and La Gauchita restaurant.
