You’ll be well-prepared to cook great meals from home in this state-of-the-art kitchen with quality cookware and Viking appliances. On the patio you'll find a well maintained DCS grill and outdoor furniture to enjoy wine, dinner, and incredible sunsets from.
All bedrooms have Frette Linens & designer touches. The master bathroom boasts a jacuzzi tub & steam shower.
The beautifully landscaped complex has a fitness center, hot-tub and seasonal heated pool (open during the summer months), with an expansive lakefront lawn area, perfect for everything from sunbathing to frisbee, with direct access to the lake and a beach when the water level permits. The complex sits directly adjacent to the Timber Cove Marina, which has a pier, buoys, boat rentals and other watersports available for your enjoyment.

Other things to note
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES:
- This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for 6 people for families including children. It can host no more than 6 adults.
- You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay.
- The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced.
- The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 1 in the shared garage, with 2 extra spots available across the street at Safeway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard.
- Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more.
- Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges).
- Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000.
- No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties
- IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours. If you book this home the same day as your stay begins, please contact us first so we can ensure the home is ready in time for your stay.
