Our cute 2 bed home is located in the heart of bustling North Park. With a walk score of 96 easily explore breweries, coffee shops, restaurants & boutique shopping. Enjoy el fresco dining & take out beers from the best breweries in our private backyard. Enjoy leisurely walks or fun runs through the many trails running from Morley Field through to Balboa Park. 2 BR, sleeps 4. Modern appliances, fully furnished. Close to everything: beaches, Zoo, Balboa Park, Museums, La Jolla, Gaslamp, Torre

The space
Comfortable home for couples or families with off street parking! Small garage which will snugly fit our Toyota Highlander and a parking spot in front of the house which can easily fit a large car, (see photos with our Toyota Highlander). We have set up our home to be comfortable for those working from home with desks in each room and high speed WiFi. A/C, modern appliances, new comfortable beds, smart TV's and a private outdoor space with a Weber 3 burner grill.

Guests have access to the whole house and garage, back yard.

Other things to note
Please take out all trash, clean all your dishes/run the dishwasher, empty the fridge and leave the house as clean as you found it. If you can start a load of towels before you leave our housekeepers appreciate it. Thank you!

I love North Park! So central to discover all of San Diego's great neighborhoods. Walk or bike to the zoo and Balboa Park (zoo and museums) University Heights, Normal Heights, Hillcrest and downtown (East Village, Gaslamp, Seaport Village). North Park itself is full of amazing restaurants, breweries, cafes, bars and shopping. The freeway entrance is close which makes exploring the rest of San Diego a breeze.

We have two young children (11yr and 10yr). We both fell in love with San Diego and feel very lucky to live here. We both love to travel, and though that was put on hold with the arrival of our two children, we have recently been lucky enough to resume our travels domestically in an RV.
