Bright air-conditioned studio of 35 square meters with independent entrance in a large villa at the bottom of the impasse. The studio is functional and is fully equipped.

The space
The villa is located in Puget-sur-Argens, on the edge of Roquebrune-sur-Argens.
The village is a 20 minute walk, 5 minutes by car.
Fréjus is 10 minutes away and Saint-Raphaël is 15/20 minutes away by car.
The sandy beaches of Saint-Aygulf are 10 minutes away (public beaches, nudist beach, dog-friendly beach)

A 2-minute walk away is the entrance to the " Waterworld " inflatable water park on Lake Gaudrade.
A few minutes by car, the South Wake Park is accessible (water park for the practice of Wakeboarding).
The castle of Vaucouleurs and the jas d 'Esclan are within walking distance, to visit and taste their organic wine.
Roquebrune Rock and the beginning of beautiful walks and hikes are 5/10 minutes by car.
It is recommended that you have a means of transportation to get around the area .
Shopping accessible in 5 minutes by car (Grand Frais, Carrefour Hypermarché, Carrefour Market, Lidl, Intermarché...)
Bus stop in the center of the village, line 4 that serves Frejus and Saint-Raphael center.

We live in the main house, so we will share the entrance gate to the property. (Your front door is separate and private) We have 2 adorable little bitches : Liù and Mia, as well as a kitty : Monsieur Munch. They are adorable animals that have the habit of playing and walking freely in the garden. Your apartment and small exterior will be delimited by barriers to prevent any invasion (however affectionate it may be ) of our animals.

Your pets are welcome, but we will ask you to respect the place, avoiding among other things to let your pet get on the sofa. In addition, it's always nicer to know in advance if you're coming with your hairball: we prepare the studio on duty and often leave small treats for their babins;-)
The excrement of your
animal will of course be picked up:-)

In the apartment you will find:

- A dressing room in the entrance
-a bathroom, sliding door, with basin and storage, soap and hand sanitizer, toilet and toilet paper, walk-in shower, hair dryer. Bath towels are at your disposal
- Living room, 2-seat sofa, Smart TV, a soft plaid for cooler evenings:-) Studio plus: FREE ACCESS TO NETFLIX !
-The sleeping area consists of a large queen size bed (bed in 160). The sheets are provided, as well as a second set of sheets, pillows and duvet included.
-the kitchen is fully equipped and includes: induction stove and hood , washing machine, microwave, small oven, refrigerator and freezer area, cutlery and cooking utensils, cleaning products, filter coffee machine, kettle, blender.
On the left is the water heater area where there is a vacuum cleaner , and two large shelves to store your purchases.
-Large bay window and small dining area outside.
If anything is needed, we will be at your disposal and there to answer you and help you.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
-We are in the process of constructing an underground swimming pool and remodeling the garden. The garden may therefore appear a little more messy than usual for a given time. The pool is not accessible. Thank you for your understanding.

-If you want to charge your electric car on our system, please let us know: we ask 10 EUROS per full charge or one night.
If the request has not been made, we will ask for compensation of EUR 50.

-We clean and disinfect the studio at each departure and do a double check before each arrival in order to offer you a clean and pleasant place. However, some animal hair may be lost on the way because we live with two dogs and a cat, and the studio is Pet Friendly! It doesn't mean that your sheets are dirty or that the studio hasn't been cleaned properly . However, we always put another set of sheets at your disposal and can provide you with others if necessary. Please be lenient about the services offered, we are not professionals but try to do the best for your well-being:-)


As this is our living space, we will ask you to respect the place and not to have a party. Smoking is allowed outside
only !

I also rent a studio at home in south of France on Airbnb, so I know how to treat somebody's home like mine ! When my husband and son can travel with me, we usually bring our 2 little dogs with us : Mia is a Cavalier King Charles and Liu is a mini Spitz, they are well behaved and the sweetest dogs ever. When I travel on my own, I travel most of the time with my mini Spitz, Liú, she is adorable and she is my partner in crime, helps me to not feel too lonely while we are away from home. I rent a small studio in my home, which allows me to say that I know how to respect an apartment as if it were mine! If my husband and son can, we like to travel together with our two little dogs, Mia a King Charles rider and Liú a German mini spitz. They are very well-behaved dogs, accustomed and above all extremely kind. When I travel alone, I like to bring Liú with me, she is my little crime partner and helps me not feel too alone when I travel, sometimes long, far from home.
