The space
You will have a fully equipped house with large kitchen and your own pool and hot tub, as well as all the resort facilities! The bedrooms are themed and we have a Star Wars games room in the garage, where you can play ping pong well looking out into space through the Millennium Falcons windows.

Bunk room #1:
Princess themed room for all the little princesses. 2 single beds, Jack-n-Jill bathroom
Bunk room #2:
Super hero themed room for all the marvel fans out there! 1 Twin bed, bunk beds, fold bi-folding foam mattress( for an extra kid) Jack-n-Jill bathroom
Queen room:
This Harry Potter themed room will transport you to hogwarts! Watch out for the Cornish Pixies. 1 queen bed, Ruko Tv.
LOCATION:
This beautiful vacation home is located in Solterra Resort, a new vacation home resort, with clubhouse. Driving takes only 10 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Universal, 30 minutes to the Universal Drive Outlet Malls and 5 minutes to Champions Gate, Reunion and other golf courses. For great shopping, the new Posner Park is within 2.5 miles; JCPenney, Target, Staples, Best Buy, Michaels and various restaurants.
SOLTERRA RESORT:
Solterra resort has a wealth of onsite facilities and a fantastic pool area. The clubhouse is a short walk away and features a large fitness center with top of the line TechnoGym equipment including cardio, weight machines and wall mounted flatscreen TVs, high end communal coffee/conversation room with bar seating, comfortable sofas, welcoming decor and large French doors that open out to the pool area.
The beach-entry pool is perfect for families with little ones and is large enough that more boisterous play can be accommodated at the other end. There is a water slide with rock waterfall fascia, jacuzzi, poolside showers and plenty of sun loungers and shaded cabanas. A further outdoor lanai seating area offers plenty of comfortable low tables and chairs, high top bar style tables with stools and chaise/loveseats surrounding an outdoor fireplace. There are also two large, wall mounted flatscreen TVs, as well as a granite worktop and sink area.
Add to this a children’s play area with multi-deck climbing frame with slides and swings, all set over soft white sand, two tennis courts and a grass 5 a side soccer pitch and you have plenty to keep any active family occupied during their vacation.
CHILD FRIENDLY
Included in the home is the use of the Pack-n-Play (travel cot), and stroller. There are also children's plates, cups and utensils.

There is a full size washer and dryer located on the main level.
PARKING
There is room for 2 cars in the driveway. Please make sure you do not park on grass or street unless in a designated parking spot, our HOA will tow…..
POOL AREA
Everyone’s favorite area. The pool area has an over sized deck with large pool, hot tub/spa and water fall features. Enjoy al fresco dining with a table that seats 6 complete with shade umbrella. There are 2 sun loungers too for soaking up the rays! And plenty more additional seating. We also have a children's pool safety fence, but still please be very carful with small children. (Before check out please arrange pool furniture back to their original place and put back up the kid safety gate if you took it down)
