A beautiful, peaceful, renovated and spacious house located near Lyon, with a large terrace exposed to the sun. It is a very quiet place with a nice view of the surrounding greenery and the city church while being close to the city center (5 min walk) where you will find many shops: butcher, grocery, bakery and all types of local shops (ready-to-wear, bookstore, cosmetics and wellness center, etc.) as well as bars and restaurants or pizzeria.
The space
The floor is dedicated to bedrooms and a TV/play area. You have at your disposal in the house many board games and books.
The ground floor is dedicated to living rooms with a large kitchen open to the dining/living room with a large bay window giving access to the large terrace.
In the garden, first of all, there is the large terrace equipped with a table, a relaxation area with garden furniture and parasol. For the green space part, one part is on the lawn that allows small football games for example. There is also an above-ground pool area and on the sides of the house a gardening area. A large part is also devoted to a basketball court area where kids can also play Ping Ping or volleyball.

Nearby (15 min drive) is the site of Lake Sapins which is a large nautical base also allowing swimming in an ecological pool, or in the lake, mini golf, pedal boat, children's games, tree climbing, hiking, mountain bike and bike circuit with also a program of activities throughout the year (outdoor cinema, shows, etc.)
