Outside Falls City Nebraska our farm is a secluded haven for rest and relaxation. The original house sits next to the lake, and is around the lake from our new home. You would have the original house to share with your family or friends. The bass fishing is grand and the lake is great for floating the day away. I will add pictures of the exterior when the snow is gone. The kitchen is as large as the living area. You have to see it to realize what a magical place it is.

The space
The house was built in the 40s in Falls City and was moved to the property and restored in the 70s. The living room is spacious with a big screen TV which includes Prime and Netflix. The Wifi is high speed internet. The kitchen is well equipped with about anything a guest might need. The bedrooms are on the smaller side as in most older houses and closet space is at a minimum. The screened in porch is wonderful rain or shine, and the outdoor patio is strategically placed to provide shade in the afternoon and equipped with a grill and fire pit. You will be a stones throw to the lake and dock. This is a country property, inhabited by many a critter, a big chorus of bull frogs, and occasionally a coyote howl or two.

Guest access
The entire house, patio and dock are yours to use. There is parking directly in front of the house with a new cement pathway leading to the front door. There are two steps going into the house and going out to the patio.

Other things to note
There is no vaping or smoking of any kind allowed in the house. No pets allowed in the house or on the property. There is no washer and dryer. Please note that the bathroom is not handicap equipped.
