About this listing
Gorgeous studio in the center of Waikiki with partial ocean, golf course, mountain and Ala Wai Canal views. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the world famous Waikiki Beach. Pool, exercise room, sauna and convenience store all located on site.
The condo building (Island Colony) is one of the tallest in Waikiki, and from the 27th floor studio lanai (balcony) there are great views of the mountains, golf course, Ala Wai Canal as well as partial ocean views and downtown Waikiki. The building has a recreational floor with a convenience store, a pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, Exercise room and sauna as well as Washers and Dryers (these can be paid for with a pre-paid laundry card).
The apartment has air conditioning, and a well equipped kitchenette (with many condiments), large refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. Wifi, cable TV, telephone phone, tennis rackets, boogie boards, beach towels, and hair dryer are also available. There are also extra towels and linens available and drawers for clothing - a wardrobe with an iron and ironing board. The lanai has a great view and it's just perfect to sit outside in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine or watch the fireworks on a Friday night. The linens, towels and mattress are all of good quality - I have done everything I can to ensure you enjoy your stay with a few extras not offered by all airbnb hosts. I am always open to new suggestions or if there is anything I have overlooked.

I am a registered nurse working for Kaiser Permanente and originally from New Zealand, I have traveled extensively though out my life and currently reside in San Francisco. I am very athletic - competing in triathlons all over the world, I am always curious about different cultures, language, food and Airbnb offers more insight into these things. I volunteer each year in Guatemala on a medical team. I especially love animals although I do not have any pets at the moment due to my schedule of traveling every two to three months.
I also had a rental property in New Zealand so I really understand the importance of being respectful towards other people's property and I try to leave a place as clean and tidy as I find them. The Studio I have in Hawaii is my little 'piece of paradise' - I was captured by the magic of the Islands ever since I lived there for 7 years ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) and now I visit as often as possible.
