Studio attached to main house with separate entrance and off-street parking for one car. King-size bed, Smart TV, bathroom, kitchenette - ideal for preparing breakfasts and light snacks. 2 mins walk to waterside pubs/restaurants. Frequent 10 min bus rides into Bath city centre (40 minute canal or road walk - on the flat) and regular summer ferry. Boats/canoes/paddle boards/bike hire 2 mins away. Numerous country walks from front door. Easy access for M4.

The studio has a table outside the front entrance for guests sole usage. Perfect for a morning coffee in the summer or evening drink.

For those who wish to enjoy the many delights of the City of Bath or simply explore the Somerset and Wiltshire countryside, whether by car, boat or walking… Cascade Studio is wonderfully situated.

We are to be found 500m from the A46, the road from the M4 to Bath. On the edge of the city, we are a 10 minute bus ride or a scenic, 40 minute stroll along the Kennet and Avon Canal into the centre of Bath; where you will find the many attractions that this World Heritage site has to offer.
Shops, galleries, museums, pubs, restaurants, the Roman Baths, the Theatre Royal, Bath Rugby and two universities… all a walk, a bus or taxi ride away!
If the desire is to mix the urban with the rural; then from the front door, stroll up Solsbury Hill and take in the views of Bath from there; or the Bath Skyline Walk, skirting the University of Bath, before viewing the city and many of its architecturally famous sites from one of its seven hills.

As a base for a driving tour of the Cotswolds, Wiltshire and Somerset villages, Cascade Studio is close to routes to Lacock, Bradford on Avon, Wells, Cheltenham and Bristol (also, a pleasant 15 minute train ride from Bath.)

There are 3 waterside pub/restaurants: 2, 5 and 10 minutes walk away and – for those seeking something a little different - bikes, canoes, paddle boards, boats and canal barges are all available for hire close by. During the summer months, there is the added option of a regular ferry to and from Bath.
The recently renovated, self-contained studio, is ideal for 1 or 2 people wanting a two to seven day stay, offering a king-size bed, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchenette, for breakfast and light snacks, and ensuite with shower/loo/washbasin.
